InsidersExperiences.com accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.


Tickets sold on InsidersExperiences.com are subject to a service charge and a non-refundable transaction fee per ticket, in addition to the base price and facility fee, both of which are included in the face value of the ticket and are determined by the show promoter and the venue.

Tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. We endeavour to offer the best seats to an event, however, InsidersExperiences.com does not control this inventory or availability. InsidersExperiences.com does not and does not claim to have 100% of the tickets available for sale to a specific event.


If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you receive an error message or experience a service interruption, it is your responsibility to confirm with InsidersExperiences.com Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. InsidersExperiences.com will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information that will cause an order to be canceled/declined. In these cases, please verify your billing address with your bank and/or credit card issuing company before making another purchase attempt.


Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter, band or venue. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us at [email protected].

Should an event be postponed or rescheduled, InsidersExperiences.com will inform you of the new date when it is confirmed, at which time refunds will be issued. If the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued as soon as possible. In either case, refunds will be for the face value of the ticket/package plus service charges. Transaction fees are non-refundable.

InsidersExperiences.com will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets/packages.

By purchasing tickets/packages from InsidersExperiences.com, you agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. You will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from InsidersExperiences.com. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and InsidersExperiences.com may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using InsidersExperiences.com.


InsidersExperiences.com does not offer customers the ability to choose the delivery method for tickets/packages purchased. The pre-determined method of delivery for each event will be stated on the product page.


You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket/package is issued, whether before, during or after performance, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against InsidersExperiences.com, its management, officers, directors, owners, employees or agents on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.
